An Apple A Day Ch. 8The car ride was silent. Brendon didn’t allow Ryan to talk, because if Ryan talked he might protest about where they were going and he wouldn’t have none of that, although a blindfold might’ve done the job. So the music beamed, setting an upbeat mood in the car even with the silence. But there wasn’t any previous awkwardness.     
Ryan glared through the window as they passed a cemetery. It seemed much brighter than the rest of town, even though it was literally life-less. But at every cemetery, the grass was always cut to tip-top shape, and it was green, so evenly contrasted with the rainbow bouquets. An Apple A Day Ch. 8

Of Birds...The thing about love is that it’s such a universal word. It’s so vague and complicating, no one can decipher it, at least not until the brink of insanity overpowers thinking. Sweet addictions and where they lead you are only a part of the adventure. And where mental instability reaches to someone of a young age, that’s where blood boils, but to keep it together is harder than it seems, as all it takes is a few seconds to shatter a life, and years to repair it.  
 
This is where our story unravels.

“Daniela, oh it was so wonderful. Everything just fell right into place…nothing was ever…as amazing as that!”  Tom’s eyes glistened at the mentioning of William- Bill as he had come to know him. And it sure didn’t take Daniela long to notice either.   
“Oh, I’m so happy for you!!” She strangled his wind-pipe in a tight, all-knowing hug.

An Apple a Day Ch. 7Where a warm, huddled body lay in Ryan’s arms, so did fear and uneasiness. His blood pressure climbed with his goosebumps and he was no longer in a world of miracles.   
“Don’t tell me you’re falling for that bullcrap.” George was seated in his large loveseat chair casually skimming the newspaper. One story in particular caught his eye; it was about a teen suicide.  
 
“Dad, I respect what you’ve made for me, but please accept that I’m old enough to make my own decisions. And I’ve made mine.” Ryan tinkered with his belt loop paying close attention to his shoes, waiting for An Apple a Day Ch. 7

Time Again

So right now, I have a lot to dish out on my watchers and some of you guys may be disappointed.

Let's start with how much time I have nowadays; none. And with school starting and my music and photography projects along with all the advanced classes, it'll be tough to juggle especially with trying to keep up with the hectic intertwined life of friends and family.

I guess what I'm trying to say is that I'm leaving DeviantArt, but not really. First, I'm going to keep this account open until I finish all the stories I promised I would, which means the contest entries, An Apple a Day, Loyalty is more than Royalty, and Too Many Secrets to Keep. I will not be posting the book I thought I would. But for my photography fans, (if any at all) I will move to a new account that will be strictly for photography and possible digital work.

Thanks everyone for a great year, wonderful work from yourselves, comments, faves, enhancing my writing, and 7,000 views.

You guys are great and have really opened many doors for me! I cannot thank-you enough. This isn't goodbye, but it's growing up, and finishing what I started.
